Mr. Marwana (Reception Manager) treated us like family. As soon as I booked and contacted the resort with some specific requests, they accommodated us as per our wishes and more. He went above and beyond during our entire stay. He also assisted my family with any small questions or requests making sure we were always satisfied. The staff in the restaurant were also very polite and friendly, both my little daughter and my mum had already been served at the table by the same person for 10 days now, with drinks of our choice before we even sat down. Once again we really felt like family. Excellent customer service. The entertainment for the kids every night was great and there were 13 different pools all around.
