Doesn't meet the expectations

Swimming pools are good.

Food on the first day was bad, and the meat was chewy. Some of the drinks were not cold, and the cups were too small. AC was not working properly, it took a long time to cool the room, seems to be a common issue since I saw another guest with the same complaint when I was checking in (either that or they gave us his room ). The bed was squeaky and made noises while we were sleeping. You will probably need to help move your luggage to your room (the staff member asked me to do so), I saw a family leaving the hotel carrying most of their luggage as well. I asked for water for the kids around 11:30 PM, after around 1 hour, we still didn't get the water so I called room service again, they replied with attitude and said that they sent the water and it should be there within 1 min, the water didn't come so I tried to call again and they simply stopped replying, at that point I didn't care anymore because the kids already gave up and went to sleep. The water did eventually come at 1:30 AM when we were already sleeping!!!!

Highly Recommend

It was my first stay at REHANA ROYAL and sure it will not be the last , Really professional staff starting from the front office reception manager MR.MARWAN super professional and give us a great welcome with an exceptional treatment it was really appreciated that free upgrade to the executive sea view room which really treted us with such a magnificent view, Many thanks to Mr.abd el hameed from the main restaurant he got my back with my kids all times during my stay. Fabulous animation team with Mateo the chief animation and Nour who really did more than expected to make our stay especially for my kids. Swimming pools every where which was great for sure. Over all it was a great experience for me and my kids.

Nothing to remember except that one or two items only in the aqua park was out of service.

The hotel is amazing

We really did enjoy our stay to the fullest. I did read some bad reviews before we came and got a bit worried but there was nothing I can confirm. Some people just wanna complain I guess. We had a fabulous time, especially our kids. The water slides, pools and waterpark for the very small children were super fun and made some memories for all of us. We will come back

Family-oriented hotel with cool facilities

Family-oriented hotel with cool facilities for the kids. There is complementary high-speed internet everywhere (even on the beach). They were very flexible at check-in and check-out. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming.. housekeeping are fast and responsive.

Very Good

Staff were very helpful

The huge number of people in the property and the huge number of buses loaded with residents to the resort. Pools and even the beach were overcrowded. The staff helped us by giving us a good restaurant to eat in not the overcrowded one and they were very helpful in upgrading the room.

Exceptional

We had an awesome stay at Rehana resort, the hospitality was incredibly warm, the staff were so polite and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr Marawan for his welcome and very nice gesture of free upgrade of our rooms to the sea front at the same rate. The kids loved the aqua park facilities and we all loved everything from the clean facilities, generous buffet selections and amazing views and atmosphere. We are definitely coming back!
