Doesn't meet the expectations

Swimming pools are good.

Food on the first day was bad, and the meat was chewy. Some of the drinks were not cold, and the cups were too small. AC was not working properly, it took a long time to cool the room, seems to be a common issue since I saw another guest with the same complaint when I was checking in (either that or they gave us his room ). The bed was squeaky and made noises while we were sleeping. You will probably need to help move your luggage to your room (the staff member asked me to do so), I saw a family leaving the hotel carrying most of their luggage as well. I asked for water for the kids around 11:30 PM, after around 1 hour, we still didn't get the water so I called room service again, they replied with attitude and said that they sent the water and it should be there within 1 min, the water didn't come so I tried to call again and they simply stopped replying, at that point I didn't care anymore because the kids already gave up and went to sleep. The water did eventually come at 1:30 AM when we were already sleeping!!!!

Highly Recommend

It was my first stay at REHANA ROYAL and sure it will not be the last , Really professional staff starting from the front office reception manager MR.MARWAN super professional and give us a great welcome with an exceptional treatment it was really appreciated that free upgrade to the executive sea view room which really treted us with such a magnificent view, Many thanks to Mr.abd el hameed from the main restaurant he got my back with my kids all times during my stay. Fabulous animation team with Mateo the chief animation and Nour who really did more than expected to make our stay especially for my kids. Swimming pools every where which was great for sure. Over all it was a great experience for me and my kids.

Nothing to remember except that one or two items only in the aqua park was out of service.

The staff are the best really as they go an beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay, especially Ahmad Iskandar from reception, and chef Zakaria.

Stuff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The front office reservation team was super they upgraded our room for free as a complimentary, Animation team and the night shows was fun. Snorkeling is must at the hotel beach with such a beautiful spots

VERY HUGE& BEAUTIFUL RESORTS Hospitality & smily staff , fast check in & check out . free upgrade to family suite, delisious food with many varieties ,private beach , so many pools with amazing Aquaparks , wonderfull Animation team , you feel all the staff do all their all efforts to make the guests enjoy their stay , special thanks to Mr. Tahir at the Reception & Mr. Abdrahman at the restaurant with All sheefs . this my fourth visit to SHARM , REHANA ROYAL is No (1) am astonished why it's rated 6.9 in BOOKNG.COM it should be at least 8.5 (( STRONGLY RECOMMENDED))
